The Summit was attended by just under 100 people both professionals and community members. The response we received from those who attended was very good. It was a very educational session that brought a lot of awareness to everyone. The attendees whose profession deals with DV felt that seeing what happens after their job is done will help them to provide better service to their clients. The general community felt that the Summit brought awareness to them as well. It helped them to realize the depth of destruction of a DV assault and the long road to wellness for both the Perpetrator and the Victim.
