Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. If you have provided an "In Kind" gift or the gift of your time in "volunteer hours", please help us track that by completing this form. Click here. Board members present: Sandy Robbins, Oudy Acosta Perez, Rebecca Garcia, Susan Dewees, Benny Myers, Jody Stewart, Sharlyne Hays.
Board members excused: Sue Shultz, Kelly Pelland, Laurie Adamson.
Board members not excused: Claire Bradley, Dave Bell, Laura Grayum, Jackie Aitchison.

Sandy called the meeting to order.
July minutes were not available for approval (Picnic).
Financial report: Not available due to printer problem. Joan verbally told the board the balance was approx. $20,000.
Committee reports:
Program/Community Outreach- All the speakers/trainers are available. Board voted to pay Megan from Harborview up to $700 for fee and travel. Rebecca will email contact info for Bonnie to Joan so she can coordinate with her on travel arrangements. Board decided to go with Honey Baked Ham co. for lunches. Fee for the Summit was raised from $30 to $35. Joan is going to submit a letter to Judge Riehl. Rebecca will look it over and make necessary changes. Also need letters to Soroptomist and Rotary. Deadline for presenter handouts to be to the board is 9/23. Rebecca also suggested that we have a link on our website to Mason Co. DV events.

Medical: No report.
Membership committee: Susan will email Sandy & Sue with a time to interview applicants.
New Business: Rebecca suggested the idea of having the awards be a dinner dance. Possibly this would create better attendance.
