Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. Present: Barbara Chandler-Young, Jackie Brown, Sue King, Jody Stewart, Pam O'Neil-Allen, and Joan Taie, Administrative Assistant.
The meeting was called to order at 4:15 PM by Barbara Chandler-Young Minutes for November 2009 were not approved as a quorum was not present.
Financial Report
Joan presented the November 2009 Financial report. The Financial reports were not accepted by the Board as a quorum was not present.
Committee Reports
Program/Community Outreach: No Report
Faith Community Action Group: No Report
Triple Play: Barbara attended the conference in Bellevue. Dr Dale Todd was guest speaker. He is available to speak at our April 2010 Quarterly meeting. His PowerPoint presentation is available.
Respect: Teen Dating Violence Workshop is on 2/19/10 at Olympic College. The cost is $25.00 per participant.
Minority: No Report
Membership: We need to set up interviews for the 2 applicants interested in joining the KCDVTF Board
Old Business: Attendance to our monthly board meetings.
New Business: Nominations to the new Executive Board Members. Crystal Gray was nominated for the chair position, and Carol Etgen was nominated as vice-chair.
