Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. Board members present Jackie Aitchison Sharlyne Hays, Sue Shultz, Laurie Adamson, Dave Bell, Susan Dewees, Benny Myers, Joyce Figueroa de Raschke, and Kevin Grandy.
Board members excused: Oudy Acosta Perez, Jody Stewart, Mike Lasnier, Lynda Walters & Rebecca Garcia.
Board members not excused: Laura Grayum & Steve Garcia.

Jackie called the meeting to order.
August minutes were approved.
Financial report: Financial report was handed out and explained.
Committee reports:
Program/Community Outreach- Jackie will contact EHL regarding donating usage of the reader board for the Summit. Joyce will try the Fairgrounds, Susan D the bases, Laurie Bremerton High & Joan will see if Heidi from Kitsap Bank/Soroptomist can post something on their board. BKAT is going to tape the Summit for free. Char from BKAT will be contacting Joan and Kevin for coordinating. Everything else is going well for the Summit. Dave is going to inventory the soda/water in the storage. The board will be asked to bring ice chests, ice and soda/water. Kevin is going to look for the tri-fold display board for the Task Force and gather the history on past programs to put in storage. Jackie is going to contact the Parenting Place and the Y for video/book inventory.

Faith Committee: No Report
Respect group: RESPECT is requesting a table at the Summit and also requests the board pays 95.00 for a training video that they can use for youth training. The board approved the $95. RESPECT meetings are now on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, same time and place. The poster contest has been moved to the spring. They have been talking to the Drama dept. about another contest involving the creation of short skits on dating violence. Jackie is going to check to see if the Soroptomist of Bremerton would want to help with the financial needs of the RESPECT committee. Joyce is going to contact Kitsap Leadership as well.
Minority Services: No Report
Medical: No report.
Perpetrator/TX: Paul Brown spoke about DV evaluations for Bremerton Court. Pierce County requires them and Kitsap doesn't. Working on improvements.
Kitsap Advocate Group: Meets 4th Wed. noon @ YWCA. They are working on the silhouettes and they could be done in time for the Summit. Jody & Susan D are going to organize painting. Joyce has a paint sprayer. Debbie is contacting the victim's families for authorization to use names.
Alumni: No report
Membership committee: Membership committee will be getting together to go over bylaws and see if they can revise them to better spell out the needed commitment from directors regarding attendance. Phone calls need to be done before letters go out dismissing board members after long unexcused absences.
