Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. If you have provided an "In Kind" gift or the gift of your time in "volunteer hours", please help us track that by completing this form. Click here. Sue called the meeting to order.
August minutes approved.
Financial report: Financial report was handed out.
Committee reports:
Program/Community Outreach- Susan said 4 printers had been contacted Blue Sky was the best deal at $1300.00 for 300. It was suggested checking into Office Depot. Honey Baked Ham Co. is going to provide the lunches for the Summit. Summit registration is low so Joan is going to email flyers to each board member asking them to forward it to at least ten people.

Membership committee:
New Business: Ramalina Steiner a past board member has requested that she form an "Alumni" group. The group would consist of past board members who still want to be part of the Task Force. The board wants to move forward with this idea and Sue S. will contact Ramalina to begin putting it together.
The question was brought up about if the KCDV tape library was still at the Parenting Place. Joan will email Debbie Brockman to confirm the location.
Old Business: Joan is going to reserve a storage unit for storage and get several keys for board members.
