Committee Reports
Program/Community Outreach: Followed up on donations. Everything is handled except Cookies. We have some donations of candy and we have a few monetary donations as well. Alaina is still working on getting some from Fred Meyer so we can get cookies from them too. Alaina is bringing big ice chests so members are only going to have to bring ice and a case of water or soda. Schon is going to come and set up a table with LE information, safety tips etc. Fire fighters are going to fill tank and set up with engine for kids. We have one officer from Bremerton who is going to do the dunk tank and maybe another individual but we need at least 2 more. We are going to ask Costco to set up at the picnic too. Schon said they set up a nice table with nice giveaways. Joan is going to send out a "Save the Date" for the Summit. Board thought that $45 this year was still a really good price for the education, breakfast and lunch. Joan is going to set up a time to get Silohettes with Ronnie to the storage. Diane a parent educator is no longer with the Parenting Place but still able to speak at the Summit.

Membership: We have seven board openings. It was discussed that if each board member enlists one applicant we could get to a full board again.
Old Business:
New Business: Schon Montague from the KCSO discussed the different types of partnering we can do in regards to the Sheriff's Mall Office. There are opportunities for us to 1. Sit office as often as we want, 2. Do a monthly event as often as we want and we can partner with the YWCA too. The board discussed doing something there in October before the Summit.
Meeting adjourned at 6 PM
