Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. If you have provided an "In Kind" gift or the gift of your time in "volunteer hours", please help us track that by completing this form. Click here. Board members present: Oudy Acosta Perez, Laurie Adamson, Susan Dewees, Benny Myers, Sharlyne Hays, Laura Grayum.
Board members excused: Sandy Robbins, Sue Shultz, Rebecca Garcia, Dave Bell, Jody Stewart, Jackie Aitchison.

Oudy called the meeting to order.
May minutes were not available for approval.
Financial report: Report was handed out and explained.
Committee reports:
Program/Community Outreach- The board needs to see the website. Carly is to stop working on it until a new contract is approved. Joan will email Carly and cc Oudy. Oudy suggested that the Program meeting be joined with the board meeting. Beginning in August board meetings will run from noon until 2 and include program. The board will vote on it in July.
Summit planning is going well. There will be sign in sheets for the breakouts. It was discussed that certificates will not be handed out until they turn in evaluation sheets. Board will need to approve payment for Megan Krause one of the breakout speakers.

Faith Committee: No report
Respect group: No report
Minority Services: No Report
Medical: No report.
Membership committee: There are 4 applications. Oudy, Sand, Sue and Susan D will interview on July 18th new applicants. There are 2 open spots. Oudy discussed lack of attendance by board members. This issue will be discussed further at the next meeting.
New Business: Susan Dewees would like to have the DVTF donate toward the SAIVES facility. It was suggested that she find out if there will be any storage space for the Task Force to rent.
