Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. If you have provided an "In Kind" gift or the gift of your time in "volunteer hours", please help us track that by completing this form. Click here. Board members excused: Sue Shultz, Kelly Pelland, Dave Bell, & Jody Stewart.

Sandy called the meeting to order.
February minutes were approved as amended.
Financial report: Report was handed out and explained.
Committee reports:
Program/Community Outreach- New webmaster Carly - recommended by head of dept at OC. Laurie was very impressed with her when they met. She needs a paid internship - 30 hours this quarter. Board should send her updates for the web and copy Joan. Board voted on paying Carly $10 per hour max. 20 per month. Vote was yes. Picnic - will be at Evergreen regardless of the city concerns about parking. Discussion regarding bounce house and other entertainment. Awards - Rule of Thumb is available for 5/24/05 at the Awards. Voting on cost next meeting.
Bridging the Gaps: Still working on the Spring Judicial Roundtable.
Faith Committee: No report
Respect group: Working on tri-folds with resources for teens.
Minority Services: No Report
Medical: No Report.
Membership committee: There are 4 applications. Rebecca talked to someone in APS.
New Business: Lt. Olan from BPD presented the board with the DV Policy for review. The Guild looked it over - Self Reporting is a concern. There will be training for spouses as well. The policy will be implemented by June 1st. The board is to review and get send feedback ASAP. The county will be presenting their policy soon. BI is done. Poulsbo is still working on theirs.
Old Business: Shar passed out revised By-laws. That and attendance will be addressed at the next meeting. Email committee reports to Joan for next meeting.
