Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. If you have provided an "In Kind" gift or the gift of your time in "volunteer hours", please help us track that by completing this form. Click here. Board members present: Susan Dewees, Sue Shultz , Laurie Adamson, Benny Myers, Sandy Robbins, Sharlyne Hays & Jackie Aitchison.
Board members excused: Dave Bell, Oudy Acosta Perez, Jody Stewart, Claire Bradley & Rebecca Jones Garcia.

Susan Shultz called the meeting to order.
December minutes were not taken at the luncheon.
Financial report: Financial report was handed out. Unanimously voted to donate $250.00 to the Judson Center.
Committee reports:
Program/Community Outreach- The Awards event will be on May 9th, 2006 at 11:30 at Mary Mac's. The cost for lunch will be $30 and reservations are required. The Pasta Buffet will be the menu. The Retreat is scheduled for 8:30 to 12:30 on February 28th, 2006 at Long Lake Center in Port Orchard.

Membership committee: Interviews went well. The board unanimously voted to invite 5 participants to join the board: Mike Lasnier, Kevin Grandy, Lynda Walters, Steve Garcia & Joyce Figueroa de Raschke. Joan will send welcome letters to the new members also inviting them to the retreat.
