Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. Board members present: Benny Myers, Rebecca Jones Garcia, Laura Grayum, Jackie Aitchison; Debbie Brockman, Claire Bradley, Sharlyne Hays, Susan Dewees, Jody Stewart, Oudy Acosta Perez, & Tracy Flood.
Board members excused: Kelly Pelland, Sandy Robbins & Laurie Adamson.
Board members not excused: Dave Bell, Lauren Fanning & Sue Shultz.

Oudy called the meeting to order.
October Minutes were approved as read
Financial report: Report was handed out and explained.
Committee reports:
Program/Community Outreach- Oudy is still waiting for a response regarding the use of Long Lake for our retreat 2/22. Bill Boyette cannot speak at the April quarterly. She is checking out other options. Oudy is resigning as Program Chair in 1/2005. Sharlyne said she would take it over.
Bridging the Gaps: The Nov. 4th meeting only Debbie Brockman and Judge Lowen attended. There was a Judges mtg that conflicted. Debbie & Judge Lowen went over the proposed letter and suggested changes. There will be another meeting on Thursday Dec. 2nd at noon. They will be discussing a few issues and finalizing things.
Faith Committee: 30 people attended in Oct. at the presentation at the Unity Church. It went very well. Sally Santana from the Sun is very interested in getting involved. Next meeting is in January.
Respect group: 3rd Fri. 8:30 AM are meetings. This Friday they will be presenting the grand prize and 1st prize to the winners of the poster contest. They are both from NK. Chris Endresen and the Sun and Herald are expected. The posters will be printed & disbursed around the county. They are talking with Kitsap Transit about bus stops. Also, they have been asked to speak at NK on the 2nd Friday at 9AM to the NK Success Mentoring Program about Teen Dating Violence.
Perpetrator Treatment Providers Coalition: no report
Minority Services: Completed project with the Tribal Court. NK has requested a mentor for Spanish to teach non-English speaking about the schools and how they work. That will be the 2nd of Jan at NK high.
Medical: No Report
Membership committee: New board members were introduced and welcomed.
New Business: Christmas Board meeting Dec. 14th at the Puerto Vallarta at noon. Looking for alternative meeting rooms incase the new Health Dist Building doesn't work. A few suggestions were made and would be followed up on.
