You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. Board Meeting Minutes
October 16, 2009
YWCA,
Present: Barbara Chandler-Young, Jolene Culbertson, Carol Lynn Etgen, Jolene Culbertson, Crystal Gray, Marvin McKinney, Tom Stokes, Jody Stewart, Kellie Pendras, Sue King and Joan Taie, Administrative Assistant.
The meeting was called to order at 4:15 by Crystal Gray
Minutes for September were approved as written.
Financial Report
Joan presented the September Financial report. The Financial reports for September was approved.
Summit Update - Sillohettes Pam and Jody have and will bring to the Summit. Jody also asked if the board was okay with putting one up in her office for the remainder of the month and perhaps getting them in other offices/buildings. The board agreed. Everyone is to bring soda and ice to the Summit and ice chests if they have one.
Committee Reports
Program/Community Outreach: Barbara and Jody will speak at the SAAB on 10/23/09.
Faith Community Action Group: No report.
Triple Play: Tomorrow is the Perp meeting that Debbie Brockman organized.
Respect: Crystal reported that they have had requests about where youth goes for perp tx. As of right now there is no place so if someone asks we have no place to direct them too. Dating workshop at OC 2/19. DVD is getting fixed to have where to call for help etc. at the end before the 100 are burned. Posters have been sent out to the districts.
Minority:; no meeting.
Membership: There are now 2 applications. The Exec board will schedule interviews after the Summit.
Old Business: Joyce said someone told her there are still wrong numbers on the RG's. Joan will follow up with Joyce about it.
