Tracking statistics are an important part of meeting our community education goals and satisfying our funding sources. You can complete the forms online and print to your local printer, then mail them or you can fill them out, save under a new name to your local hard drive and send the form by attaching it to an email to the KCDVTF. Board Members Present: Sue Shultz, Oudy Acosta Perez, Dave Skelton, Debbie Brockman, Kelly Pelland, Sandy Robbins, Lauren Fanning, & Jody Stewart.
Board Members Excused: Claire Bradley, Susan Dewees, Susan Vitale-Olson, Sharlyne Hays, Benny Myers.
Board Members Not Excused: Laurie Adamson, Dave Bell, Tracy Flood.

Debbie Brockman called the meeting to order.
I. Approval of Minutes: Minutes were approved for May with change of Susan DeWees Excused, not present.
II. Financial Report: P&L was passed out and explained. III. Committee Reports
Program/Community Outreach -. Elder Abuse speaker for Summit. Oudy suggested the Y do a step by step "in her shoes" breakout after noon at the Summit.
Resource table at picnic for Y & Family & Friends of violent crimes. Set-up for picnic will begin at approx. 3:30. There will be paramedics and firefighter with trucks. Debbie is checking into game booths.
2. Topic Specific Workgroups a. Bridging the Gap: Meeting the 1st Thursday at lunch. Claire is going to be chairing again in July.
b. Faith Community Action Group: Looking to do training in Sept. for Women's Ministry leaders. Next meeting July 6th.
c. RESPECT Kitsap Youth: Poster contest still in development. Letters have gone out to Art Depts. Will do campaign 1st week of school. Working on dating game skit with high school kids. No mtg. July or Aug.
d. Perpetrator Treatment/Victim's Services: No report
e. Minority Services - Working on Community Mobilization minority services matching funds. Women making purses from the center will perhaps set up a table at the next event. Hoping to bring families to picnic.
f. Medical - Sent out over 100 letters to providers/clinics. Plan on sending more and following up.
g. Membership - Martha Voorhees resigned. Claire will be returning so no openings are available at this time.
